A Very Green and Creamy Lasagna (Molly Baz)

To give you an idea: one step in this recipe is simmering cream with fresh herbs (you eventually pour onto the layers). We cooked it for family at Christmas and everyone loved it so much, it is now an official Christmas dinner tradition.
